Parents can begin by providing simple outdoor activities with their child, to eventually include siblings. Start with walking to visit a nearby park, or neighbor. Or, by simply creating a walking path in the yard for the whole family to enjoy. If your child responds to this, then you may want to include it in their daily routine.
